Deeply study skills to lay a solid foundation; with meticulous craftsmanship, expand the market - Zeren Hardware conducts specialized training on furniture feet, strengthening the foundation of high-end quality.

In the current highly competitive market for hardware and furniture accessories, product manufacturing precision and quality stability have become the core competitiveness for seizing the high-end market. To further enhance employees' ability to control the core production processes of furniture legs and strengthen the quality defense line, recently, Zerun Hardware Products Factory conducted a one-week specialized training on furniture legs. This training focused on practical operation exercises, covering key processes such as welding and CNC machining, to help employees refine the details of the production process and effectively improve production efficiency and product qualification rates, injecting strong impetus into the conversion of inquiries for the high-end market.

This training abandoned the traditional single theoretical teaching mode and adopted an immersive teaching method of "lecturer's detailed explanation + group practical operation + problem review". The participants included front-line production backbone, newly recruited employees, and quality inspection specialists, totaling over 40 people. The training instructor team consisted of technical experts with over 15 years of experience in hardware processing, including core technicians who had participated in high-end custom furniture leg projects.

The training courses were closely designed around the production pain points and technical difficulties of furniture legs. In the theoretical part, the instructor explained the production specifications of mainstream styles such as conical legs, straight legs, and U-shaped legs based on the strict standards of the high-end markets in Europe, Southeast Asia, etc., focusing on analyzing the causes and solutions of problems such as pores and cracks that are prone to occur during welding, as well as the precise control techniques for CNC lathes and pipe material processing.

The practical training session was the core highlight of this training. In the production workshop's practical area, two employees worked in pairs under the one-on-one guidance of the technical instructor to carry out welding operations for conical legs. Holding the welding gun, they operated precisely, with the flying welding sparks illuminating their focused faces. Next to them, the CNC lathe was running at high speed to process pipe materials, with the metal cutting sound and the instructor's detailed guidance sound interweaving. On the adjacent display stand, the completed straight legs and U-shaped legs were neatly arranged, with each product clearly labeled with key process information such as welding current parameters, pipe wall thickness, and load-bearing test data, facilitating the trainees' immediate comparison and reference, and enabling them to intuitively understand the process standards. The instructor corrected the problems such as welding angle deviations and unreasonable parameter settings that occurred during the trainees' operations on the spot, guiding them hand by hand to adjust the techniques, ensuring that each trainee could master the practical skills for strictly controlling quality control points.
